Venture Café Monterrey offers thematic and weekly events called "Thursday Gatherings" that help all the players in Monterrey's innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem connect and collaborate, reducing silos and enabling solutions focused on solving global problems affecting the city. Venture Café was founded at the Cambridge Innovation Center (CIC) in Boston in 2009 and helped boost the growth of one of the most powerful innovation ecosystems in the world. Since then, it has brought together more than 550,000 innovators, creatives, developers, and civic leaders for over 11 years in 10 cities around the world, building a global community of communities. Monterrey is the first Venture Café headquarters in Latin America and partners with the Tec de Monterrey.
