With the DOMOS Plan, the person gets to be part of a DOMO, which is a closed group of tech leaders with monthly in-person meetings. They also have the opportunity to be a speaker and gain visibility across LATAM. They can promote their company and receive a monthly market trends report. Additionally, they get access to monthly training and the entire network of tech leaders across the continent. With the Base Plan, members only get access to the network and training, but not the additional benefits.
For individuals, the Base Plan costs USD 15 per month. The DOMOS Plan includes a one-time Enrollment Fee of USD 190 and a monthly fee of USD 50.

It was free for the first 3.5 years, from March 2022 to August 2025. During that entire period, we provided hundreds of free training sessions, mentorships, benefits, and networking activities across the continent. However, the need to survive and achieve healthy operations with the management of a professional executive team led us to focus on providing solutions only for tech leaders, with whom we've been able to offer a paid solution that adds value.
No. Anyone who joins TRIBU can cancel at any time. There is no contract that obligates anyone to remain a member.

They are peer-to-peer groups of tech leaders with monthly meetings. Each DOMO is a group of up to 15 members who meet in a confidential atmosphere (all sign an NDA). There is a facilitator who leads and guides the dynamic, whom we call a Shaman. The format is case presentation-based and rotates monthly among members.
In DOMOS, members share their perspectives and experiences to help each other make the best decisions to achieve optimal results. Additionally, being part of a DOMO helps generate new relationships at both local and continental levels with people who share a passion for technology.
They are the leaders of the DOMOS. They are responsible for guiding the meetings, ensuring they follow a format that adds the most value to the members.
Exclusive events for DOMOS members. They take place monthly, either online or in-person, combining training and networking among tech leaders.
To maintain the highest quality environment in DOMOS, the process to join always includes a call to get to know the person and validate their experience and background. After that, the DOMO where the person would integrate is consulted to see if the current members accept them. If accepted, the process moves forward with documentation signing and payment of the Enrollment fee. If not accepted, we evaluate whether to integrate the person into another DOMO or offer them the possibility to join the tribe with the Base Plan.
In the vast majority of cases, the leader themselves pays because they understand it adds value to their personal and professional development. However, in many cases, the person's employer pays, assuming it will make them a better professional. The invoice and payment coordination can be under the company's name if the person so desires.
TRIBU allows companies to connect with tech leaders across the continent based on 3 solutions:

- Branding Tech: position the company in our activities, both online and in-person throughout LATAM.
- DOMOS: If the company has tech leaders, it can help them expand their network at local and continental levels by making them part of the tribe's DOMOS.

We use Stripe as a payment platform, both for Base members and DOMOS Plan members. In the case of DOMOS members, payment alone is not enough to join; they must also go through a validation process and sign an NDA and Code of Conduct.
