How it works?
Each DOMO is a group of maximum 15 members. They meet with respect and trust.
Meetings are monthly and last up to 3 hours. Each DOMO defines its schedule.
It is the same group of people that remains time.
It is composed by people with similar path of career or seniority. They do not compete commercially directly.
A facilitator, the Shaman, leads and guides the dynamics.
Meetings are held in person if the members are in the same city.
The Plenum
Each meeting will have a different host in the plenum.
Being in the plenum means sharing with the other members of the DOMO, opening up and seeking opinions.
Positioning leaders
The members of the DOMOS have the opportunity to be speakers in online or in-person activities throughout the continent, with the double objective of positioning themselves and getting to know each other, but also to share knowledge in community.
