Location: Uruguay - Argentina (Buenos Aires)

We’re hiring a Senior QA Engineer who is passionate about software quality and test automation. You’ll be the go-to expert for designing scalable QA processes and ensuring our products are reliable, performant, and user-ready.

What You’ll Do

• Define and implement QA strategies, test plans, and automation frameworks.
• Balance manual and automated testing to align with product goals.
• Lead UAT with internal teams and beta users.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to build testable features.
• Champion quality across the software development lifecycle.
• Guide junior QA engineers (this is a technical leadership role, not a direct people management position).

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in QA Engineering, with deep expertise in automation.
• 5+ years of hands-on automation experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• 5+ years in software development with strong programming fundamentals.
• Solid experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Strong skills in REST API testing and tools like Postman, Curl.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter.
• Experience with code coverage analysis and test optimization.
• AI-curious and experienced in using AI tools to increase QA efficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.
