This role is not just technical — you’ll be part of the core team defining how we grow, what we build, and how we take it to market.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the architecture, strategy, and technical execution of our AI platform.

• Develop solutions that integrate intelligent agents with enterprise systems.

• Build and lead the technical team.

• Make key decisions around technology, infrastructure, and product roadmap.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team on product direction and business vision.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading technical teams and building software solutions.

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents.

• Advanced knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript.

• Strong command of frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases.

• Deep understanding of scalable architectures and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).

• Strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

Bonus points for:

• A portfolio of projects involving intelligent agents.

• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM).

• Open source contributions.
