Weso is an expanding startup that is revolutionizing the way homes, restaurants, and properties manage their maintenance, cleaning, and improvement services. We operate as an end-to-end solution, integrating artificial intelligence, automation, and technology to simplify the complex. We already operate in several key cities in the USA and we are in full expansion. Additionally, we actively work towards the development of the Gig Economy and the circular economy, generating real opportunities for thousands of people who want to make a living from their trade with dignity, stability, and visibility. What are we looking for?
A Full Stack developer with proven experience who wants to join as a Founding Engineer or Technical Partner in exchange for equity (Stock Options). Someone with a long-term vision, who wants to build something great from scratch and be part of the core technology team at Weso.

Technical profile
Must-have:

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 3 years)
• Proficiency in React and React Native
• Experience developing and connecting applications for iOS and Android
• Serverless backend with Supabase or other similar platforms (Firebase, AWS Amplify, etc.)
• Knowledge in integration and consumption of REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Good handling of Git and collaborative tools like GitHub, Notion, Linear
• Agile mindset, product-oriented: iterate quickly, test, improve

Nice-to-have:

• Previous experience in startups or B2C products
• Knowledge in microservices architecture
• Experience with AI or automation tools (OpenAI, Twilio, Zapier, Highlevel Open Ai, etc.)
• Fluent conversational English level
