We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Engineer to join our remote engineering team and help us scale our mobile experiences, including our POS system used daily by thousands of customers and baristas.

This is a remote role with high impact — you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to shape core features and influence architectural decisions.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart).
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization.
• Experience integrating Flutter with native iOS/Android code.
• Skilled in connecting apps to RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and handling real-time updates.
• Experience working with hardware (e.g., printers, card readers, scanners) is a big plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a passion for clean, maintainable code.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience in Point of Sale (POS) or commerce-related platforms.
• Familiarity with backend tools like Node.js/Express or Firebase.
• Prior experience in a startup or remote-first team.

Location:

This is a fully remote position. We’re headquartered in Seattle and prefer candidates in LATAM or other time zones with partial overlap to Pacific Time.
