Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Manager to lead technical teams and ensure the successful delivery of technology projects. The ideal person has solid experience in software development, proven leadership, and management of multifunctional teams.

Responsibilities

-Lead and manage software development teams.

-Coordinate with business areas to align objectives and deliveries.

-Implement and supervise agile methodologies.

-Ensure code quality and compliance with internal standards.

-Identify and solve technical and performance issues.

-Mentor and develop the team.

Requirements

-Previous experience leading development teams.

-Mastery of agile methodologies and project management tools and metrics management.

-Technical solidity in relevant languages and technologies.

-Excellent communication and leadership skills.

-Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle multiple projects.
