? We are looking for a Technical Co-Founder in AI & Automation – WesoAt Weso, we are building the AI-Powered Hub Ecosystem for home, restaurants, and properties services. Our mission is to simplify people's lives by solving everything related to maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and installations from one place, with technology and trust at the core.

Today we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this journey as a Technical Co-Founder, leading the Artificial Intelligence and Automation area.

What you will do

• Design and lead the technical vision of AI and automations on the platform.
• Build and scale AI-based products (chat, voice AI, intelligent workflows).
• Integrate automation processes that make Weso faster, more efficient, and scalable.
• Be part of the core team making strategic decisions and defining the company's future.

What we are looking for in you

• Strong experience in applied AI (NLP, voice AI, RPA, or similar).
• Knowledge and management of MSP AI protocols for the integration of advanced solutions.
• Ability to build rapid MVPs and scale products in production.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: someone who wants to own the problem and the solution.
• Passion for solving real problems and creating impact on a large scale.
• Desire to be part of a founding team and grow with the company.
