Salary range: USD 9,000 - USD 12,000

Mode: remote or in person (depending on preference)

Main responsibilities

• Design and execute a technological strategy focusing on AI.

• Lead development teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

• Advise clients on how to integrate AI tools to optimize their operations.

• Participate in commercial proposals and technical presentations.

• Supervise the technical implementation of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

• Manage budget, technology providers, and risks.

Requirements

• +10 years of experience in technological leadership (minimum 5 in executive positions).

• Solid knowledge in AI applications and digital transformation.

• Experience leading complex technological projects and multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.

• Desirable: experience in startups, SaaS platforms, or high-growth environments.
