Lead Machine Learning Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving our AI transformation. This is a strategic and hands-on position that combines deep technical expertise with leadership and vision. What we expect from you: - **7+ years of experience** in Machine Learning Engineering, with **2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role**. - Demonstrated experience leading ML engineers and delivering AI/ML solutions into production. - Strong background in **MLOps practices** and tools: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning, data pipelines. - Advanced programming skills in **Python** and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn. - Proficiency in **cloud environments** (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools. - Familiarity with **LLMs and GenAI tools** (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.). - Experience in defining and implementing **AI system architecture**. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business stakeholders. - Advanced English level (B2 - C1).
