AI-driven Full-Stack Technical Lead

Our team brings deep expertise in cloud-native development, data modernization, and generative AI readiness, with a consultative approach designed to drive measurable results.


**Role Summary:**

As the AI-driven Full-Stack Technical Lead, you will own the success of AI-augmented product development—driving system design, hands-on implementation (leveraging GenAI tools), and cross-team collaboration—while contributing to product ideation and experimentation.

**Key Role Characteristics:**

* 5+ years of system design/architecture experience; strong applied ML in production

* **Full Stack**: Backend (Python, Django) and Frontend(Angular) expertise required

* **Databases**: Strong with relational DBs and system-level design

* **AI/GenAI Fluency**: Must **know how to integrate AI assistants** into personal workflow and team processes(RAPID methodology)

* **System Design**: Proven experience owning and designing end-to-end systems.

* **Cloud & Infra**: General understanding of cloud infrastructure (not required, but helpful)

* C1-level English proficiency.

* **Long-term role** (not project-based)

* Expect **~3 releases per week**—speed and code quality are key
