About the Role

Were looking for a Senior React Native Developer to join a cutting-edge healthtech project thats redefining how life sciences professionals make decisions with the help of AI.

Youll be part of a cross-functional team building mobile-first applications that deliver real impact in the healthcare ecosystem. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive on autonomy, enjoy turning complex workflows into smooth user experiences, and care deeply about product quality and end-user value.

What Youll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications using React Native

• Create intuitive, performant, and accessible user interfaces that interact with complex AI systems

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to ship features end-to-end

• Contribute to the evolution of our mobile architecture, defining best practices and reusable patterns

• Help integrate mobile features with backend APIs and services (FastAPI, Cloud Run, etc.)

• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve app performance and usability

• Mentor team members and actively shape engineering culture through feedback and collaboration

• Stay up to date on new technologies and advocate for continuous technical improvement

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in front-end/mobile development

• 4+ years building and shipping React Native applications in production

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6+, HTML, CSS

• Experience building and maintaining component-based architectures

• Familiarity with design systems and responsive UI principles

• Comfortable working with APIs and asynchronous data flows

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

• Fluent in Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience working on AI-powered products or in the healthcare domain

• Previous exposure to VueJs or ReactJs

• Familiarity with mobile app testing frameworks and CI/CD for mobile

• Working knowledge of GCP or similar cloud platforms

• Interest in building accessible applications and inclusive design

• Experience in small, high-impact engineering teams or startup environments
