We’re building the future of programmatic DOOH  and we’re looking for a Head of Product to lead that vision.


Role Summary

The Head of Product will be the first dedicated product leader at Beeyond, responsible for the entire product ecosystem, including our DSP, SSP, internal tools, dashboards, and future modules.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on redefining our self-serve DSP, creating a modern, simple, and scalable user experience.
Your primary success metric: adoption and engagement of our self-serve model.

This is a pivotal moment for Beeyond , we’re entering a new growth phase, and this role requires someone who thrives on challenge, moves fast, and builds with precision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy, working closely with the CEO and VP of Technology.
  • Prioritize features, manage the roadmap, and coordinate releases based on impact and feasibility.
  • Elevate the UX/UI experience, translating user needs (agencies, advertisers, and media owners) into intuitive interfaces.
  • Collaborate daily with development, design, and C-level teams to turn ideas into production.
  • Establish and refine product processes: discovery, testing, iteration, and adoption measurement.
  • Lay the foundation for scaling the product team (future PMs and designers).
  • Represent the voice of the user and ensure consistency across all Beeyond products.

Role Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience in digital product management, ideally in SaaS or self-serve platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design.
  • Background in digital growth or performance media is a strong plus.
  • Solid technical fluency and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver at startup speed.
  • Advanced English and willingness to travel occasionally (global meetings and client sessions).
  • Founder mentality: high ownership, resilience, attention to detail, and drive to build something exceptional.
