We are a non-profit organization that seeks to empower women who do not have access to quality education, through skills-based volunteering, sharing open knowledge about programming, design, and software technologies, among others. We connect with opportunities in the industry, and support through mentoring to improve skills and reduce the gender gap in technology careers. Our mission is to train and accompany more women in STEAM areas, thus reducing the existing gap in access to technology, higher education, and job placement. We bet on the inclusion of minorities in the active creation of technology, generating impact at the national level. Through a solid educational structure and a committed community, we work every day to add more women to the country's technological ecosystem.
