Sr Technical Lead

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to oversee the architecture, design, and execution of technical solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong backend development background with advanced proficiency in Java and extensive frontend expertise with Next.js. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to serve as a technical reference point for the development team and the client.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a reference and source of technical expertise for the team and be the client's primary technical point of contact.
• Provide hands-on technical assistance for projects, including implementing solutions in key parts of the application.
• Review the architecture and technology of the project, proposing and executing improvements.
• Advocate for and implement best practices in the software development life cycle.
• Explain complex technical topics to non-technical individuals.

Technical Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in backend development with Java, including experience with frameworks like Spring Boot or similar.
• Extensive expertise in frontend development with Next.js, including experience with server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and performance optimization.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture and design principles (microservices, domain-driven design).
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and test-driven development (TDD).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure with AWS.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Language:

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+).
