Role Summary:

As the AI-driven Full-Stack Technical Lead, you will own the success of AI-augmented product development—driving system design, hands-on implementation (leveraging GenAI tools), and cross-team collaboration—while contributing to product ideation and experimentation.

Key Role Characteristics:

• 5+ years of system design/architecture experience; strong applied ML in production

• Full Stack: Backend (Python, Django) and Frontend(Angular) expertise required

• Databases: Strong with relational DBs and system-level design

• AI/GenAI Fluency: Must know how to integrate AI assistants into personal workflow and team processes(RAPID methodology)

• System Design: Proven experience owning and designing end-to-end systems.

• Cloud & Infra: General understanding of cloud infrastructure (not required, but helpful)

• C1-level English proficiency.

• Communication & Writing: Essential —especially across cultures (Asia and the Americas)

• Ownership & Leadership: Take responsibility for outcomes and objectives

• Self-Driven: Able to propose, push, and lead initiatives proactively

• Curiosity + Learning: Must stay ahead of tech trends and inspire others to do the same

• Presentation & Documentation: Will participate in quarterly executive reviews

Organizational Context

• Drives delivery across both Nub8 and Indi-based teams

• Guides architectural decisions and tech standards

• Helps shape implementation of RAPID and GenAI tooling

• Long-term role (not project-based)
