Role Summary:

The Full-Stack Engineer is an experienced professional who contributes to product development by combining solid full-stack engineering skills with AI-augmented practices. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently, contribute ideas, and ship high-quality features at startup speed.

Key Role Characteristics:

• Experience: 3–5 years building full-stack web apps with Angular (frontend) and Python/Django (backend).
• Languages & Frameworks: Python, Django, Angular; familiarity with TypeScript is a plus.
• Architecture: Comfortable with object-oriented and modular system design.
• Databases: Strong SQL; solid understanding of relational data modeling and system-level design.
• AI Tools: Comfortable leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate implementation and improve developer productivity.
• Testing & Quality: Familiar with automated testing, debugging, and validation; exposure to CI/CD and code reviews.
• C1-level English proficiency.

• Will contribute to shaping internal RAPID/GenAI processes.
• Expected to collaborate with India-based team members, sharing responsibility across teams.
• Long-term, core development role (not project-based).
