We are looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to play a pivotal role in driving our AI transformation. This is a strategic and hands-on position that combines deep technical expertise with leadership and vision.

What we expect from you:

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or tech lead role.
• Demonstrated experience leading ML engineers and delivering AI/ML solutions into production.
• Strong background in MLOps practices and tools: CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, versioning, data pipelines.
• Advanced programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with LLMs and GenAI tools (OpenAI APIs, LangChain, HuggingFace, etc.).
• Experience in defining and implementing AI system architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Advanced English level (B2 - C1).
