About the Role

We’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join a fast-paced team building real-time, high-scale systems for the healthcare sector. This platform supports critical patient outcomes and data-driven decision-making. You’ll contribute across the stack, working on both new features and bug fixes across a microservices architecture (~18 services).

Adaptability is key, as the platform spans multiple services and technologies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS (backend), and React or Angular (frontend)
• Contribute to internal tools focused on user access and identity management
• Improve and support existing configuration and admin interfaces
• Debug and resolve issues across various microservices
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup
• Embrace continuous learning in a diverse, multi-tech environment

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development
• Solid command of TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with NestJS, React, and Angular
• Strong database skills, especially with PostgreSQL
• Self-motivation and strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfort managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python and FastAPI
• Experience with Vue 2
• Background in healthcare platforms or data-intensive systems
• Exposure to microservices architecture or multi-service environments
